Does anyone know the quote where Elder Bednar is talking about when he speaks it doesn't matter the crowd size. That it isn't about speaking in front of 100,000 but he see it as a gathering of 100,000 ones. Then also mentions why certain roles where the gather is small tends to not get much attention, even though they are important roles, like Mother and Father?
