You've stated that One Dark Throne would've ended the same had it stayed a duology. So, everything about the ending would've been EXACTLY the same had the series just been two books, or just who became the Queen Crowned would've been the same?

Kendare Blake Everything for the main characters was preeeety much unchanged. One Dark Throne was already in edits by the time we decided to tell the reign story, and I wasn’t really interested in modifying the ending. Some things were able to be extended. Madrigal and Caragh and the baby, for instance. I didn’t have to just tie that one off with a bow. So that was nice!
