Life. Writing is an escape; has been for me since I was 8 years old. I was never the popular one (even today in adulthood...lol). My mind is constantly flowing with ideas, and when one keeps poking me, I at least jot the idea down. Then when the mood strikes me, I sit down and see if I feel it works enough to spend the time to complete it.
