The Chill
The Chill asked Mark Lawrence:

What is your favorite David Gemmell book?

Mark Lawrence The Sword in the Storm. Legend and Lion of Macedon would be strong challengers though.

Michael Targaryen
Michael Targaryen asked Mark Lawrence:

This question contains spoilers… (view spoiler)[ I wanted to ask the significance of the dog torture scene in you second Prince Of Thorns books.
Was wondering what made you feel the need to include it and if it was hard for you to write?

Dillfish17
Dillfish17 asked Mark Lawrence:

Will there ever be a book that explains more of the history and of the creatures and magic in the world where the Broken Empire and the Red Queens War is set?

Craig
Craig asked Mark Lawrence:

Hi Mark, love the series and I'm almost at the end. As a fellow author who wants to pants my way through a fantasy story but feels unsure, can you let me in a little bit on your process? I know you make it up once you've got a character but how much is just pantsed? The Broken Empire series has a number of twists that seem to be pre-planned.
