Maryann Jordan I don't mind answering publicly. I struggled with that scene, changing it several times! At first, I had her inside the laundry room, tied up, while the two other women continued their deeds. But, that did not play out correctly as the scene continued. When I changed it to having her outside, so that it would be easier for Logan to get to her, I still changed the scene several time, playing it out in my mind. I obviously made an error in not complete changing everything that I should have, and it passed my editor, proofreader, and my final read-through. I am so sorry it interrupted your pleasure in the story.
