Had the best time reading THE KILLDEER CONNECTION right up to the "almost end" when the pages simply stopped turning! Please someone, tell me the very ending ....There was obviously a glitch to my download. Will someone help me out? Fascinating novel. Learned a great deal about the horrors of fracking and a lot about a character who downgrades his abilities but shows good detective work. Thanks for helping.

I wasn't all that crazy about the ending. It reads more like a sales pitch for his next book than an ending. Someone comes to David Thompson's front door and he's shocked about who it is. We are supposed to want to read the next book bad enough to want to find out who his visitor is.
