Kathy B asked:

I see this is book six in the Haven Point series. I've never read any of these but this piqued my interest so here is my question: Can this book (or any of the books in this series for that matter) be read as a stand-alone?

Nicole Holloway I've read a few books by Raeanne Thayne, and never in any kind of order. They can definitely be read as stand alone books (in my opinion) however, each book references a person or couple in passing that relate to other books in the series. It might be easier to understand in that sense, but it's never necessary to the plot. In fact, I've been reading all the books about the Caine family, which span two series (Haven Point and Hope's Crossing) and I haven't had any problems!
Kris Phillips It really is best to read them in order. I accidentally started this series with No. 8 and was spoiled on several relationships in the earlier books because of that.
