Id just go with Art of Strategy. Its the same but revised and updated.

Go with Art of Strategy. It is an updated and revised version of the previous book "Thinking Strategically". In the introduction of "The Art of Strategy", the authors also mentioned that they have included newly developed ideas that are not found in the previous book.
