ABSOLUTELY I was seventeen when I first read it and it made it on my favorites list!
If your worried about it being to much on the older side for them don't be I'd give this to a child as young as 8-10 and up from there. You yourself might very well enjoy this book. I highly recommend for All ages!:-)
