After reading "Outlander" and "Dragonfly in Amber" and watching the TV series, I wonder if other readers have come to appreciate the struggle of Scots against English tyranny—culminating in the battle of Culloden in 1749? If you are fully are partially Scottish, as I am, do you yearn for Scotland's independence—even the prospect of forming its own EU with Norway?
