Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Allen Filson I guess I decided about ten years ago to write a book of this type. I thought I had more than enough experiences in my life to write this kind of book. I have read other leadership books and have always found them inspiring, I wanted to make mine a little different. I wanted the reader to travel with me, and see the world as I saw it at the time. Not so much in reflection, but in what I was going through at the time of the events. I think this book flows well. Several people who have read it, tell me they couldn't put it down, they just had to see one more page...
