Goodreads asked Jeff Strand:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Jeff Strand I've never had writer's block. That does NOT mean...

a) That it's not sometimes difficult to come up with ideas.
b) That I don't get "stuck" in a manuscript.
c) That I don't bash my head against the desk for 45 minutes searching for the proper adjective.

But as far as actual writer's block, where you sit there and stare at a blank screen and just can't summon any words...it hasn't happened. Quite possibly it helps that I'm almost always working on multiple projects, so I can bounce around and keep my enthusiasm up. Although, almost invariably, it will be the projects WITHOUT the scary looming deadline that I most feel like working on at any given moment.
