It's great to hear from you.
I'm guessing that you're North-America based, as my publishers there - Orbit US - have published me in paperback, whereas in the UK my books are always hardback first.
I don't think Orbit US have any plans to move to hardback - this is a publisher's decision. If you're really keen to get hardbacks you could always buy from the UK, there are plenty of companies that ship to the US from the UK, such as Amazon UK and the Book Depository.
Also you have the option of signed/limited edition hardbacks from wonderful booksellers like Goldsboro Books:

Not a perfect solution but all I can think of.
