Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Ken D. Berry As I practiced medicine I kept noticing advice given to patients by doctors (including myself!) sometimes didn't seem to mesh with the research and/or common sense.

I started collecting and researching these "Lies", as self-edification at first. Eventually, I was talking to a friend about one of these lies, and she was appalled that she'd never heard of it. I told her there were plenty more where that one came from, and she suggested I share them with the world...
