I got the idea for my Idol in Love series when I got into K-pop and started learning more about the artists who work in this field. I've become a huge fan, and I wanted to tell stories that showed that these idols are also real human beings with feelings, the need to love and be loved, the need for privacy and the struggle to have that when they live such public lives.
