The idea for this book came from my desire to help others who've faced or continue to face the challenge of creating engaging cultures for their customers and employees. Many of the solutions I read lack the experience of being a CEO, which I'd been, of a small company with limited resources. Those years taught me many lessons I wanted to share with managers and leaders to help them reach their goals.
