What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Elizabeth McCourt Give yourself permission to quit. Walk away. Tell yourself that it's only a hobby and you don't have to do it. Then watch the urge to write come crawling back to you, screaming at you to start again. Have patience with yourself because writing and finding your voice takes time. The more you write, the better it will be so know that it's okay to write crap sometimes. That's what editing is for!
