I don't have a question, but I just want to say I finished he book and I loved it? I thought it was a very realistic portrayal of the feelings of Deming/Daniel and his mom. My heart also went out to the adoptive parents, Kay and Peter. They were trying their best. I also feel you presented a realistic picture of the immigration detention centers, although they are probably even much worse. Thank you.
