I lives your books when I was growing up, and I remember getting so emotional in some of them. Do you ever get emotional while writing them?

As I close in on writing the ending of a book, I feel happy and also tired. Living with characters for the duration of a writing project is emotional, for I must tell them goodbye, and some of them I find hard to let go (like Jon and Ciana in YEAR OF LUMINOUS LOVE and YEAR OF CHASING DREAMS)
