Why does this author keep sending me SPAM emails with offers for his book? It's happened multiple times. After sending each email he deletes the user account so that I can't respond to him directly and ask him to stop contacting me. I'm doing it here. Brett Arquette, please stop spamming me through my Goodreads account.

Then I tried to reply but, being wary of links in emails, I tried to find the message on Goodreads.com, couldn't, got suspicious, came here and found lots of other people the target of unwanted spam.
Brett, if you are truly just trying to promote your book as your agent told you, then you need to provide a way for people to say, "No, thank you." (less)
