Honestly, no, because it may not be possible to tell a two-sentence horror story, because true horror might not be able to live inside in two sentences.
Two sentences can make you laugh, they can give a twist, they can make you think – but they may not be able to bring true horror – think of the long setups so well laid out by think Josh Malerman’s Bird Box or Stephen King’s Misery – such things need time to develop and may not fit inside a two-sentence tweet – though this answer is two sentences, albeit running on at times ;)
