What exactly does it mean by Esther getting 'fitted'? And what is the brown bix she carries out of the hospital?
Also, why does she start bleeding after she has sex, does that have something to do with the fitting she got?

I assumed it was a fitting for a diaphragm, which she then carried out from the hospital in the box.. Not sure about the bleeding
