I have only read the first Healer book so I don’t know if maybe anything is mentioned later on but is that world with the fifteen realms and their magic system in any way related to the world of Ixia/Sitia and their magic system? At the start of Touch of Power, Kerrick’s ability to blend in to his surroundings reminded me of Onora’s abilities in Night Study and Dawn Study and both Avry and Yelena have healing powers.

Hi Hannah, No the Fifteen Realms is not related to the world of Ixia/Sitia. Like you noticed, the magic system is similar in some aspects, but there are some differences as well. In the Healer books, the magic is from the elements/nature - like air, water, fire, and the forest, while in the Study books, the magic comes from a blanket of power that surrounds the world.
