When did you decide that you wanted to continue the Gone series after completing the last book a few years ago?

Michael Grant I sort of didn't set out to write a GONE continuation, I set out to create my own superhero universe. But the more I played with the idea, the more I realized it worked even better within the GONE universe. I kind of surprised myself realizing that.

One question I've been dying to ask, did you have any say in the kids on the covers of your books? Because every time I read one I imagine the kids on the books. Like for instance...when I read Sam I see the guy from the cover of the first book.
