Kamal Chandrakumara asked Nelou Keramati:

Thanks for your quick answer! Is there any special habit you used to do when writing?

Nelou Keramati I'm a big proponent of structure. Before writing, I need to know exactly how the story will be broken down. It's good to free-fall write when an idea or scene comes to you, but without structure a story can wander aimlessly, be rushed in parts and meandering in others. Structure also serves to keep a story thematically consistent, and makes editing that much easier.

Hope this helped!
