Anna Lee Huber Yes. Readers will see more of Max in Book 2, Treacherous is the Night. :) I can't say much more than that for fear of spoilers.

I waited eagerly for Verity Kent #6... reread 1-5 again first. I really enjoy this couple and am sincerely hoping you are working on #7 to rescue Alec! Can we expect it in 2023-24?
