It's not a question but reading your little bio above made me wonder why you didn't go up to the house to ask about the dog on the chain. Now this is bothering me. :-) ?

Well, I had the impression that without the chain, the dog would run off. I know it can seem cruel, though it was a very, very long chain. Also, I didn't think anyone was home at the time. The dog seemed happy. The chain was attached to a line that ran for maybe forty yards, like a zip line, so in terms of square feet the dog had more room to run than most dogs who live in suburbs or the city.

My new goal in life is to read every one of your books. I've read 3 so far. I just love the way you write from the dog's point of view. I just love your books--period. I have to say though, the movies are disappointing. Books are always better I guess. Anyway, just wanted you to know how wonderful your writing is?

Hi Mr. Cameron, I wanted to tell you how much your books meant to me, and was wondering if A Dog's Promise was going to be adapted into a movie in the near future? I remember first picking up a Dog's Promise, reading it nonstop for three days and crying over finishing it, it was truly a masterpiece. I grew up with your books, and they have inspired me so much. Hi! I would like to ask you something. I just love the Lilly to the rescue series, and you have so many books in that series, so I think you should make it into a TV series! Hope you like the suggestion. One more thing, are you going to make a dogs courage into a movie?
