Yes, I just heard. Unfortunately iTunes is sending out the wrong file, and I'm about to cry.

When I did pre-orders a few months ago, I loaded a placeholder file (authors usually load chapter 1, because we have to have something in there), and then we replace it with the final, completed version before the release. I replaced it yesterday and hit PUBLISH. They failed to send out the correct file, though.

They won't issue you a refund at my request. They want to hear from the customer. If you contact them via email or phone, they will happily get you a refund, and you can redownload the book. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. This was not supposed to happen. I've taken the book off iTunes, and I'm starting a new listing from scratch, so that should solve the problem. I'll post the new link when it's live.

Amazon is fine if you have a Kindle app, though!
