I wish Adam Silvera would have wrapped this part of the book up. Everything else is wrapped up. So why end it like that? You tell us how everyone else dies, why not Rufus? Why not Delilah? If you weren't going to tell us, then why introduce the characters? I really have to think what rating I give this book now.

In Adam Silvera's notes, he reveals that the originally planned line to end the book, from Rufus' perspective, was "And then I crossed the street, with no arm to hold me back." Taking this in consideration plus Victor's speeding means that Victor being responsible for Rufus' death (and probably Delilah) is our most probable answer.

We're never told how Delilah dies. No she does not die in the car crash with the celebrity...
