Hi Kristen. I've read & loved a handful of your books. Wondering if you've ever thought of writing about a beautiful heroine with a different ethnicity? Perhaps you have done so already and I just haven't read it yet

I've considered it, darlin'. But it's important to me to "step into the shoes" of the heroine so she can be as believable to you as she is in my head! If I ever do that, I would do it working with some sisters who could make sure I get the voice right and don't do anything ridiculous (which I'm wont to do). I definitely have some African American heroines I wanna give to some of my boys (Darius and Samuel Sterling, to be precise). So hopefully one day!

My first book from you was Golden Dynasty and I would love to read about the other warriors. my favorite series is Colorado Mountain.I would like to know if you plan to write about Samuel Sterling even as a stand alone???. Hi Kristen! Like the other 154 people who have sent you a question, I have got to say that your writing is "the shit". I started with "Wild Man" and have totally become addicted! Each series just grabs you and drags you in, and girl, I am all in! Just read "The Will" and can't wait for Mickey's story, then Coert's maybe...just sayin'. Are you going back to your Mountain Men anytime?
