Hi Josh, so apart from Blind Side, which other books do you have coming up? Lemme just start the anxiety now.

Oh God. Well...lemme start by saying this was not quite the year I anticipated. And, not to make excuses, but I think the difficulties began last fall when the SO suffered a stroke. It was a mild stroke--he's pretty much back to his normal irascible self--but it sort of took the wind out of my sails. That was followed by various distractions, planned and unplanned, and then my own little fall while hiking in March.
It really did seem like a little fall, but the consequences were not so little. And months of pain, physical therapy and -- worst of all -- pain meds did not help my focus or creativity or productivity.
Which is a long way of saying, I'm not where I intended to be at this point in the year--namely, leaving on a two week trip to Canada with nearly nothing accomplished.
There is still time to do most of what I planned for the year. Yes, some things will be a bit later than anticipated, but everything I promised is still going to happen.
The first thing will be a little holiday story called Halloween is Murder (and that will be out right before Halloween). It's 1950s PI meets vampires goofiness. Just for fun.
And then I'll be right back to trying to complete Blind Side, The Ghost Had an Early Check-Out and In Other Words... Murder.
These books will obviously be delayed beyond their original release dates, but they are still my goal before the end of the year.

Josh Lanyon:
Hi Josh. I've been waiting (rather patiently, I might say) for at least book 6 of your Secrets & Scrabble series to come out in audio before In start listening. I see now (Jan 15, 2023) that Book 7, Death at the Deep Dive, is available at Audible but Book 6, Lament at Loon Landing, is not. When can I expect Book 6's audiobook? Thanks, and a fruitful new year to you.

I just finish reading Winter Kill (I went through all the questions to make sure it wasn't already asked and was chuckling to see many questions started like mine) My question is, is Tucker the same Tucker from All's Fair series? And will there be Winter Kill coda in December? (Please say yes?)
