The first group tends to give up when things get difficult, the second group digs in and learns from the challenge. The first group thinks everything should come easily, or it means they are no good—they think that people who have to work, practice, study, train, etc., are inferior to those who are “naturally” talented. The second group believes they can learn, improve, and succeed with hard work and effort, and takes failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.(less)
