asked:
Eastern philosophy is about the way of life. Sanatan Dharma or Hinduism as it is popularly called, is a way of life and encompasses religion, Science and the ways of life. I see Tao as similar to Bhramam or Supreme Bhramam. Do you agree?

Not Really. Tao in the Tao Te Ching is an abstract entity without form or personality. It is the Cosmos itself. Taoism is true system of non-duality where no side of the difference between mind and body, Yin and Yang is supreme. Both are merely manifestations in the world of the Tao itself. Hinduism considers the physical inferior to the non-physical/spirit/mind. Thus Bhramam is more spirit/mind and not a balance of the Yin/Yang nature as in Taoism.
Ultimately both Yin and Yang, physical and mind/spirit are equal are complementary aspects of the Tao. The Tao Te Ching emphasizes Yin because 'Lao Tzu' saw that people around him in all walks of life disrespected and failed to appreciate the feminine/Yin. To counter balance this overly masculine Yang bias that was so prevalent in the culture Lao Tzu countered that bias with an emphasis on Yin. In a properly balanced culture then Yin & Yang would be treated as the complementary pair and manifestation of the Infinite Tao.
