The description says its horror is it dark or is there also some humor in the book?

Janell It didn't feel like horror to me ... more like a mystery / adventure where there happen to be vampires and ghouls, but they're friends and allies, not things jumping out at you.
Tammy Buchli There are certainly light and humorous moments. It's scary book, but not really grim.
Chloe It's mainly a supernatural mystery novel that concludes with a fight between the 'heroes' and the 'villains'- it is most likely listed under horror because it contains the supernatural tropes.
George It's humorous, with observation of character, not funny. And as Janell says here, it doesn't feel like horror--which I tend to define as awful things happening to people who don't really deserve it.
