I've read the Happiness Project and Happier at Home but not Better then Before, should I read that first or should I skip it and just grab this one?

Tracey Allen at Carpe Librum This is a stand alone book, so you don't need to have read anything else by the author. In fact, this is the first book I've read by her and I loved it.
Jeanette I would recommend reading Better than Before after this, as that is where additional practical strategies for habit change based on your tendency are explained.
Katie I actually read this having read only The Happiness Project (and that several years ago) and think it's fine to go straight to this one. I do listen to her podcast, so I had that background, but this book doesn't explicitly reference her other happiness work that much.
