Anything can give me inspiration but I love music and a lot of what I do comes from that. A song will make me feel a certain way or put a thought in my head. I have also have lived an interesting life and have meet some good and bad people, which I often rely on when I am trying to build a mental image of a character I have created. I children and grandchildren give me a lot of inspiration as well. I often look at them and think "What would your superhero power be"...lol.
