Usually with a lot of coffee, cleaning, and possibly a few words I can't repeat. Honestly, it depends. Often I find I have writer's block simply because I did something wrong in the MS itself. I go to people who know my writing, and let them see. They can usually spot where I went in the wrong direction. Other times, it's because I had a splurge of writing, and need to recharge.
