This is so annoying. I've been eagerly awaiting this release from midnight UK time and I'm still here waiting!, why can't we order it on day of release like most other good books, let alone preorder, so I can have it when I wake. I'll have to keep checking all sites all day today :(.. I'm like a big kid stamping my feet!
