While I was researching the goddess Hera for a book I had wanted to write for quite some time, I came across a little-known myth about her relationship to Prometheus, of which "even the gods dare not speak". Of course, I HAD to create a narrative whereby she discovers a long-lost truth about herself, and runs with it.
At least two sequels are in the works.
