Currently I'm working on a new paranormal romance. I wanted to do a creature beyond the usual vampire/werewolf/ghost options, so I did some research and found something quite uncommon, but the more I get into the story, the more I find that the same themes are present. I don't know if the human race can really get away from those elements that scare us because they are very universal.
