How do you get inspired to write?

Colleen Coleman I love reading, writing and stationary way too much to just walk away! It's obsessive, I think about writing all the time, I adore and admire so many amazing authors and poets and playwrights that I kind of can't help myself. That is on a good day! If I'm feeling slow or tired, I make my self a huge cup of coffee, my favourite music and write about how I am feeling, like a diary entry. That usually does the trick as a few minutes in I'm ready to quit that and itching to write fiction:)
