It's not very interesting advice, but just keep writing. I often find that just putting words down on a page, even if they're not perfect, will create a basic skeleton that you can revisit and polish later. Often, when I return to what I wrote previously, I find it wasn't as bad as it seemed and the way to fix it is immediately clear.
