I picked this book up at a Little Free Library in the Midwest. I read a bit of it, but . . . Who is the author to think he speaks for Christians, or that he even knows what being a Christian is? I tried to give the book a chance but I was put off by all the glib catch-phrases. The main character, which is obviously the author, talks like he speaks for God. "God has brought you this far Laura; He will bring you . . "

I would guess he definitely is not trying to speak for Christians, only for himself.
Also, who is any Christian to claim they speak for Christians - you, me, or the author?

Not going to lie, this book has a bumpy start. I think he is trying to give his personal encounter with christians and how he came from a skeptical and unwilling heart to a heart for christ. Super great read and really personal read too!
