I have a question about the demons. How did you come up with their names? Like Al's and Newt's?
Kim Harrison
They vary. Al's came from a search on demon names right off the web. I modified it to Algaliarept because I thought it a bad idea to be writing a demon name over and over. Not that I'm superstitious or anything. Newt's name came from the movie Aliens, and the little girl who survived them on her own. The rest are just nonsense names for the most part.

I am excited to finish the series. Your work is very talented, creative, imaginative and exciting. I hope to be able to finish the series in your words and not have to wonder a faux ending in mine. Less a Q, more a 'ThanQ'. I started with American Demon, then went back and started reading in order. Just finished #5... cried for the last hundred or so pages. I hate what happened, even though I knew it was coming. Glad I 'got to know' him enough to care so much. No chance of finding him in the everafter, I suppose?
