Witemeyer is pronounced: Wit (rhymes with fit) - uh - my - er.
Many people like to throw an H into the beginning and make it White - my -er, but that is not correct.
I'm happy to answer to version of the name, though, and never take offense if someone pronounces it incorrectly. :-)
