Does anybody else wish the book had ended on page 415 (paperback), after Suttree had split with his hooker girlfriend, gone back to his houseboat and repaired it, then started fishing again? The last paragraph in this section is so beautiful, and has a feeling of finality. Maybe this would have been too happy an ending for Cormac!
