Maggie
Maggie asked Melanie Dickerson:

Also, what is the longest book you have ever written? And I like to write short story's. Any advice on how to write books? I am a teenager.

Melanie Dickerson Hi, Maggie! My longest books are around 95,000 words, which is probably about 320 pages or so. My shortest are over 80,000 words, so they're all about the same.
My advice on how to write books is to read a lot of great blog posts on writing, such as the Seekerville blog and the Writer Unboxed blog. Also, there are so many great books on writing that you can probably find at your library, such as The First Five Pages by Noah Lukeman, Plot and Structure (or anything else) by James Scott Bell, Go Teen Writers by Jill Williamson, Writing the Breakout Novel by Donald Maas, etc. There is so much great information out there on how to write well. The key is to work hard at it, stay humble, and not give up.
I wish you all the best!
