What is the "I.D.A."? I'm 5 chapters in on the audiobook and "I.D.A." is constantly being mentioned, but no mention I've caught about what it is.

Dan Daniel Think of it as Homeland Defense for off-planet areas. It would be a kind of defensive arm of NASA.
