And yes, I would mind. First of all, it's a signal that he doesn't trust me, and second of all, it has private information in there not meant for everyone. Things he doesn't need to see. Perhaps an angry text message I'll send my sister complaining about him not doing the dishes. Lol. There are things we say in private, negative feelings we need to release that not everyone else needs to know about. My PMs and texts are meant for those I choose to share them with. I don't think I have much to hide, but I might complain about a family member to my husband via a text, and I wouldn't want that person to see it, either, because it was a private conversation that I needed to have but didn't necessarily want to hurt someone's feelings. I wouldn't freak out about it, but I wouldn't like it if I caught him doing that. It's an invasion of privacy.
