This book is a v…moreI don't know that this book is appropriate for teens. I don't have a problem with swearing, but with the plot, characters, situation. This book is a very stylized take on marriage, relationships (husband/wife, parent/adult child), police work, the justice system, etc. Most of the book doesn't hold up to honest scrutiny. It may be a good conversation starter for a teen, but I'd hate for them to think of this as "realistic." If anything, it's a crazy tall tale.(less)
